The author likes to write about things that matter: Life, death, social ills, faith, and love. The backdrop for many of his stories is his nearly twenty years of pastoral ministry. A good example of this are the stories about Pastor Butch Gregory such as the conspiracy mystery How Great is The Darkness, the thriller The Little Girl Waits, The Haunting of Pastor Butch Gregory and Other Short Stories, and The Land Begins to Heal.

The author also likes to write about other things that don’t necessarily carry any kind of meaning other than just to have fun.
